On the nose, it reveals soft and graceful aromas of pear, apricot, and banana, with a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, it is round and full-bodied, with fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. The sur lie aging adds extra texture without overpowering the wine’s natural freshness.
The vines grow on soils rich in marl, limestone, and sand, contributing to the wine’s minerality and finesse. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, fermented at controlled temperatures, and aged six months on the lees with regular stirring to enhance complexity.
Food pairing: Ideal with creamy fish dishes, light pasta, poultry, and mild cheeses.
Serve at: 10–12 °C to enjoy its full expression.
