12%The Celli Brut Nature Spumante is an elegant sparkling wine from the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna, a region celebrated for its rich gastronomic and winemaking traditions. This refined spumante combines freshness, finesse, and a beautifully pure style.
The wine is made from a blend of Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes. After gentle pressing, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, where the wine develops its delicate mousse in stainless steel tanks. Aging on the fine lees adds extra complexity and a refined texture.
In the glass, it reveals a bright straw-yellow color with a lively and elegant perlage. The bouquet is fresh and delicate, offering aromas of citrus, white flowers, and subtle hints of bread crust. On the palate, the wine is bone-dry (Brut Nature), crisp and mineral, with a soft mousse and a long, clean finish.
The Celli Brut Nature Spumante is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, light fish dishes, and refined antipasti.
