While the focus lies on Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is often refined with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc or Carmenère (depending on the vintage) to add layers of complexity. The wine ages for approximately 18 months in oak barrels (both barriques and larger casks), resulting in a striking, complex nose and a velvety structure.
